Qormi Daikin lifted the Hockey Super Cup after beating Trust Payments Floriana Young Stars 3-1 in the final.

Daniel Ellul opened the score for Qormi Daikin in the first quarter, and Floriana’s immediate reply came from Anton Saliba.

The second and third quarters ended goalless, but in the final quarter, Qormi scored through Juan Sarcia and Luke Bajada.

Qormi Daikin’s celebrations reached their utmost when Malta Sports Journalists Association’s Executive Committee Member Robert Busuttil presented the Super Cup to Qormi’s player Nathan Pace Gasan.
