Jitħabbru l-finalisti tat-63 edizzjoni taI-iSportMalta Awards L-Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali

Tħabbru l-finalisti tal-edizzjoni ta’ din is-sena ta’ SportMalta Awards L-Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali li se jirrikonoxxu l-kisbiet sportivi tas-sena 2022. Il-ġurnalisti membri tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sport li vvutaw kienu jammontaw għal 59 sabiex issa tħabbru s-sitt finalisti għal kull kategorija. Waqt is-serata se jingħataw ukoll żewġ rikonoxximenti għall-aħjar żewġ atleti ta’ Special Olympics Malta u l-unur tal-Attività Internazzjonali tas-Sena, b’dan tal-aħħar fuq l-għażla tal-Kumitat Eżekuttiv tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports. Jingħata wkoll il-People’s Choice Award, bis-sehem tal-pubbliku ġenerali. Intant f’konferenza stampa li saret fis-Sala Teddie Borg fil-Kumpless Sportiv ta' SportMalta fil-Kottonera u li xxandret diretta fuq il-midja soċjali, il-President tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports Sandro Micallef qal li jinsab sodisfatt bil-parteċipazzjoni tal-membri fil-proċess ta’ votazzjoni u jittama li l-għażla finali tkun tirrifletti verament il-kisbiet tal-atleti, kowċis, tims u uffiċjali tul is-sena 2022. The finalists of the 63rd edition of the SportMalta Awards Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali announced

The finalists of this year’s Sport Malta Awards Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali were announced. This event is aimed to acknowledge the sporting achievements acquired during the year 2022. A total of 59 journalists who are members of the Malta Sports Journalists Association had to cast their vote for the six finalists in each category. SportMalta Awards will also acknowledge the best two athletes of Special Olympics Malta and the Best Initiative for the Organization of an International Event in Malta, with the latter chosen by the Executive Committee of the Malta Sports Journalists Association. The public can also participate in the People’s Choice Award. Sports journalists to vote for the finalists of the 63rd edition of the SportMalta Awards Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali

During the last week of December 2022, the Executive Committee of the Malta Sports Journalists Association announced that once again it will be jointly organising with SportMalta the 63rd edition of the SportMalta Awards l-Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali. This announcement officially opened the nominations process for the 2023 edition, which will be held on the 25th of February 2023. Sports associations and federations had received an official communication whereby they had been invited to nominate their athletes in their respective categories. The categories are Sportsman and Sportswoman, Male and Female Youth, Coach, Official and Team of the Year.
