It is with great pleasure to inform you that the Executive Committee of the Malta Sports Journalists Association started its preparations for the 2025 edition of the Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali.
Our prestigious awards now in their 65th consecutive year, will once again be broadcast live on local TV and on all social media platforms.
For this special occasion we have already set the date for this event which we can already share with you. The 65th edition of the Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali (Malta's Official Sports Awards) will be held on Saturday 1st March, 2025.
We are very proud that for yet another year our event will be endorsed by the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Resources and Innovation.
A fully fletched marketing campaign will start running as of December 2024, the month where we usually open the official nomination process through all Sports Associations and Federations.
I would like you to kindly consider this email as an official partnership / sponsorship request for your company to be one of our main partners.
We have specifically decided to send such a proposal this early as we understand that in the next weeks/months you will be working on the 2025 marketing / advertising budget.

Should you be our partner, we would be kindly requesting your esteemed hotel to offer the following:
Venue Hall: Friday 28th Feb all day for set up by tv crew, Av contractors and rehearsal. Saturday 1st March all day continuation of preparation and event.
Set Up: Theatre Style for 200 guests followed by 2 hours reception with 13 food items plus 2 sweet items., or a similar menu.
Wine, Beer, Sodas, water and juices to be supplied by us as organisers without corkage fee.
Time of event: 7.30pm arrival of guests and served welcome drink
Time of Live TV: 8pm Start of red carpet interviews (Live on TV)
Time of Show: 8.30pm Start of show on stage (Live on TV)
Ending: 10:30pm End of show on stage and commencement of reception
Parking: Organisers to purchase 50 parking tickets and be given 10 parking tickets free of charge for staff and VIP guests.
Accommodation Rooms: Organisers are kindly requesting a discounted rate when booking rooms around the weekend of the event. (Minimum of 6 rooms will be booked)
Technical aspect: The organisers will subcontract: TV crew, AV system, stage set up and LEDs / Projections.
