The inauguration of the Photographic Exhibition by Malta Sports Journalists Association

Inaugarated the photographic exhibition organised by the Malta Sports Journalists Association (MSJA) with the participation of some of the best local sports photographers. The exhibition is held at the Parliament House's Foyer in Valletta till Friday 12th August 2022.

Seventy-eight photos are being exhibited and were all taken by 13 photographers, who are all members of the MSJA. The photos cover several disciplines and local and international sports events during the past months or years.

The exhibition is under the patronage of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Angelo Farrugia and was inaugurated by the Speaker himself, in the presence of the Opposition's Spokesperson for Sports, Hon. Graham Bencini; MSJA Executive Committee members; Mr. Charles Camenzuli, President of AIPS Europe; and other distinguished guests. The special guest for this opening was Tunisian professional photographer and AIPS member Mohamed Fliss.

The public is invited to visit the exhibition at the Parliament of Malta between Mondays and Saturdays from 9am to 7pm and on Sundays from 9am to 12.30pm.

Inawgurata l-Wirja Fotografika imtella’ mill-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports, bis-sehem ta’ wħud mill-aqwa fotografi sportivi lokali. Din il-wirja qed issir fl-intrata tal-Parlament ta’ Malta fil-Belt Valletta u se tibqa’ miftuħa sal-Ġimgħa 12 ta’ Awissu 2022.

Fil-wirja hemm esibiti madwar 78 ritratt meħuda minn 13-il fotografu, li huma kollha membri tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports. Ritratti li jkopru sensiela ta’ dixxiplini u avvenimenti sportivi lokali u internazzjonali ta’ dawn l-aħħar xhur jew snin.

Il-wirja qed tittella’ taħt il-patronċinju tal-Onor. Anġlu Farrugia M.P., Speaker tal-Kamra tad-Deputati u nfetħet uffiċjalment minnu stess, fil-preżenza tal-Kelliem tal-Oppożizzjoni għall-Isport l-Onor. Graham Bencini, membri tal-Eżekuttiv tal-Għaqda Ġurnalisti Sports, Charles Camenzuli President tal-AIPS Europe u mistednin oħra distinti. Il-mistieden specjali għall-ftuħ tal-esebizzjoni kien il-fotografu professjonali Tuneżin u membru tal-AIPS Mohamed Fliss.

Il-pubbliku huwa mħeġġeġ sabiex iżur din il-wirja fil-Parlament ta’ Malta mit-Tnejn sas-Sibt bejn id-disgħa ta’ filgħodu (9am) u s-sebgħa ta’ filgħaxija (7pm) u fil-Ħdud bejn id-disgħa ta’ filgħodu (9am) u n-nofsiegħa ta’ waranofsinhar (12:30pm).
